Conkers Live and Reloaded

Written By Jason Stolfer

Rare first introduced  Conker's Live and Uncut (a work in progress title) at last year's E3.  Conker first made his appearance on the Nintendo 64 in a title called:  Conker's Bad Fur Day.   This single player platform raised the bar for Nintendo in the Mature game department.  Now Rare hopes to bring the very successful platform title to the Xbox.  This time instead of being a standard single player,  Conker's will be more of a multiplayer game that can play up to 16 players via Xbox Live.   At last year's E3, Conker didn't have a very good showing.  The graphics weren't up to par, the sound was awful, and the  control scheme was quirky.

One year later, at this year's Microsoft Xbox Conference, we saw a newly revamped Conker.  Renamed as Conker's Live and Reloaded, this time around did show some promising features.  The graphics had been completely redone.  Even the fur textures on both Conker and other fellow comrades were visually impressive.  The levels looked large enough to satisfy those 16 player death matches.

From what we saw at the press conference looked impressive.  Will

Conker live up to the Xbox Live expectation?  Only time will tell....check back as we will update live from E3.
